Kindel's Empire chair has beautiful flowing lines. Here the Empire chair is fully upholstered as an alternative to the original 38-074. It has a tight seat with welt base. COM required: 5.5 yards plain fabric (for 2 chairs). The corresponding armchair is #38-077.
