The Mount Vernon Collection from Kindel is inspired by the refined tastes of America’s most famous general and president, George Washington. Over a period of thirty years, Washington expanded and furnished Mount Vernon, his mansion on the banks of the Potomac River in Virginia.
The Mount Vernon Collection also includes a collaboration of pieces from Tudor Place. Tudor Place, built by Martha Washington’s granddaughter, Martha Custis Peter and her husband Thomas Peter in 1816, is located in Georgetown’s historic district.
