Neoclassic

The term Neoclassic refers to the revival of interest in the “ancient.” The Neoclassic style is one which has endured in America since the late 1780s, drawing from the attraction to the political and philosophic thinking of this period which was based on the ideals of classic Rome and ancient Greece.
