No, we cannot give you the value of your furniture. We do not have the expertise to determine furniture values. Please contact a local antique dealer or furniture appraiser who has the expertise to estimate the value of antiques.

Kindel has been manufacturing furniture for 111 years and producing in Grand Rapids since 1912. Our production still remains 100% domestic in one factory in Grand Rapids, Michigan. In 2010 we moved across town to a newer facility at 4047 Eastern Ave.

Since Kindel has been manufacturing furniture for over 100 years, there are many vintage Kindel pieces in the world today. We are happy to tell you what we can about the history based on our archives.

Since some patterns span decades we find it difficult to determine an exact year of production. We will do our best to tell you the collection and other details about the piece itself.

We must start with the pattern number to give you any definitive information. The pattern number is found on the back of chests or dressers, and underneath dining tables. A digital photo is also very helpful.

Certificate Numbers do not provide any relevant information about the history of your furniture.
